I'm lovin the Puffer Vest at the moment. This is just so 80s, think Marty McFly. Kanye has been wearing the Moncler Puffer vest in red and in black. You can also purchase one at American Apparel which is where I got mine. Layer it over the top of an outfit for a fly look. I also think that shiny is best if you can handle the attention that is.
